We Heart Book Club!

Karine is our fall book club member! Not only is Karine trilingual (yes, tri), she knows more about Brit Pop than you and I combined. Karine has a real knack for finding the most perfect vintage pieces and she also gets top marks at U of T!

Favourite book at the Drake General Store and why: The Bowie book called, Any Day Now: The London Years 1947-1974 . This book chronicles his life right up until the Thin White Duke stage starts; plus, it has lots of nice pictures of his beautiful face too.
If your life was a movie, who would you get to write or perform the soundtrack: Serge Gainsbourg because he already soundtracked the first 20 years and Brian Eno because he makes funny sounds!
