If you’re anything like us, then you love the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. From radio to TV, our public broadcasting entity truly shows us that the medium is the message. Now that winter’s Cold War is finally over in Canada, we’re really looking forward to enjoying the Toronto Russian Film Festival in the warmth. Particularly the movie above- which is a stop motion tale of The Ugly Duckling by director Garry Bardin. It took Bardin six years to complete this magical movie, which is set to a score of Tchaikovsk. Pair with a vodka martini and you’ll be seeing red all weekend.
